Blackpool Mecca is the Club renowned as the foundry of Northern Soul. It was where a multitude of Soul & Motown Classics were first played in the 72 - 76 period. In those years, it was unrivalled in the 'new discoveries' stakes. Of course, most of the artists, and titles, are now household names and much loved greats!
